A DAY IN THE LIFE

In this role, you will...

          Identify title issues on real estate title products.

          Create and provide a grade sheet that details title issues on the graded title report.

          Review recorded documents for accuracy. 

          Address inquiries from the servicer and internal staff.

Responsibilities

          Identify and report items that effect title through or after the Loan Modification process on a real estate transaction.

          Create and provide a grade sheet that details title issues on the graded title report.

          Address inquiries from the servicer and internal staff.

          Maintain open communication with management and servicer.

          Attend and participate in team meetings.

          All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

          High School diploma or equivalent required.

          Working knowledge of real estate title

          Proven customer service skills.

          Must be able to use and have basic computer skills and be proficient in the Microsoft software products.

          Must be able to multi-task.

          Must be capable of meeting daily production goals with a high level of accuracy.
