Assist Mortgage Loan Officer in obtaining required documentation from the borrowers and other staff to assure loans are closed in a timely manner meeting customer expectations. Assure documentation meets all regulatory and agency guidelines. Work with the Mortgage Loan Officer in marketing First Financial Bank to increase productivity.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • Assist the Loan Officer in obtaining documentation from customers
  • Act as an interface between Loan Officer and Operations to obtain required documentation
  • Work with other Mortgage systems as needed
  • Interface with customer as needed
  • Assist the Loan Officer in marketing efforts
  • All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor OR Mortgage Loan Officer
  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
