The Loan Car Assistant is responsible for maintaining and accurate database of loaner vehicles by checking in and out loaner vehicles to customers. Responsibilities

  • Assist customers who require alternate transportation while their vehicle is in service.
  • Verifying customers provide proper documentation and complete appropriate paperwork before departing dealership in loan car.
  • Ensure loaner vehicle is in appropriate condition to be loaned to customers – fluids filled, interior and exterior clean, courtesy stickers have been applied, vehicle has appropriate plates and all weather mats have been placed in vehicle.
  • Maintain inventory status of loaner fleet and report any damages to Management.
  • Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately; assume ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Fantastic communication skills with customers
  • Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record

Pay: $17.50 - $17.50 hour
