Job description

Target is hiring a Dock Equipment Maintenance Supervisor at our Fontana distribution center in the Inland Empire. You will manage a team of dock mechanics, oversee maintenance of 200+ dock positions including levelers, doors, seals, and restraints, manage the dock maintenance budget, and coordinate major dock repair projects with operations leadership.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of dock equipment experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role
  • Comprehensive knowledge of dock levelers, doors, and accessories
  • Team management and scheduling skills
  • Budget management and vendor coordination experience
  • OSHA compliance knowledge for loading dock safety
