EventRent is looking for a dependable Loading / Warehouse Associate to join our growing event rental team. This role is essential to ensuring events are delivered accurately, safely, and on time. We’re seeking someone with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn—especially forklift operation.

If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in doing things right, and don’t mind staying active, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Load and unload event rental equipment, furniture, tents, and décor
  • Pull, stage, and organize orders accurately for upcoming events
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Assist with inventory organization and basic warehouse tasks
  • Work efficiently as part of a team while also taking initiative independently
  • Interact professionally with customers and delivery teams when needed
  • Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times

What We’re Looking For

  • Self-starter who doesn’t need constant supervision
  • Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
  • Interest in learning to operate a forklift (training provided)
  • Physically able to lift, carry, and move event equipment
  • Presentable appearance and professional demeanor
