Inventory Control & Warehouse Supervisor – Full-Time | Caldwell, ID
Pay: $55,000 – $70,000/year | Morning Shifts | 40+ Hours/Week

Capitol Distributing, Idaho’s largest wholesale convenience store distributor, is seeking an experienced Inventory Control & Warehouse Supervisor to lead operations in our 300,000 sq. ft. Caldwell distribution center. Since 1983, we’ve served retailers across the Western U.S., delivering accuracy, speed, and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Lead and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance goals
  • Oversee inventory accuracy and efficient workflows
  • Manage schedules, PTO approvals, and attendance
  • Enforce safety and operational policies
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills:

  • High School diploma/GED (college degree preferred)
  • 1+ year leadership/supervisory experience
  • 1+ year of experience achieving production or business goals
  • Warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and tech skills
