Material Handler – Modern Facility | Growth Opportunity | Full‑Time

Support a fast‑paced warehouse and production environment by moving materials, organizing inventory, and ensuring smooth shipping and receiving operations. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands‑on work, operating forklifts, and keeping production running efficiently.

What You’ll Do
  • Move materials throughout the warehouse using sit‑down forklifts, stand‑up forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks
  • Keep production areas stocked with the correct materials to support continuous machine and assembly operations
  • Use paper pick sheets to locate, pick, and stage parts with accuracy
  • Support RF scanner implementation by learning new scanning technology as the facility transitions from paper to digital
  • Create Bills of Lading and schedule LTL and truckload pickups with carriers
  • Unload incoming materials, tag items correctly, and organize them in the receiving area
  • Deliver materials to machines based on supervisor instructions and job requirements
  • Pick and build pallets for assembly, then deliver them safely using forklifts
  • Stage outbound shipments, load trucks, and ensure proper labeling and documentation
  • Perform cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory and identify discrepancies
  • Complete general warehouse tasks to support shipping, receiving, and material flow
Essential Skills
  • Material handling experience in warehouse, shipping, or receiving
  • Hands‑on picking experience using pick sheets
  • Forklift operation (sit‑down, stand‑up, reach truck)
  • Order picking & pallet building
  • Computer proficiency for basic data entry and shipping documentation

Pay and Benefits
