Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Safely uses the Hi-Lo machine to put away pallets or complete replenishment moves within the warehouse
  • Demonstrates ability to process moves quickly but accurately using either system directed functions or on demand requests from picking staff
  • Successfully processes 15 transactions per hour minimum
  • Commits fully to achieving a zero-error environment ensuring successful case count and successful scans of product to and or from the warehouse location in tracking system
  • Maintain and handle large moving piece of equipment in an efficient and safe manner. Company certification of qualification to operate must be achieved/received.
  •  Follows all safety procedures like wearing a safety vest and safety shoes

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced environment. The average production rate is 15 cases picked per hour.

Physical Effort

  • Ability to lift and pack boxes weighing up to 100 pounds
  • Perform replenishment tasks for case or layer quantities, including hand stacking as required

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:

  • Six (6) months of experience safely operating a Hi-Lo machine.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

  • One (1) year of warehouse experience, including picking and packing, loading and unloading trucks, and using an RF scanner (scan gun)

Employee Expectations:

  • Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Maintain flexibility to support varying work schedules and respond to operational needs as required
  • Follow established process flows and adhere to Warehouse Management System (WMS) instructions for all transactions

Pay $21.00 an hour
