Individual Contributor (No Direct Reports).

Greenfield AI Engineering team.

Must be highly hands-on with AI/ML architecture, LLMs, Agentic AI, and production deployments.

Qualifications (Required)

  • 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or Machine Learning Engineering with a strong background as a Senior Individual Contributor or Technical Leader.
  • Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying production AI/ML systems at scale.
  • Advanced experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) including:
    • Self-hosting open-weight models
    • Fine-tuning
    • Quantization
    • Inference optimization & model serving
  • Strong experience architecting Agentic AI systems and orchestration patterns.
  • Expert-level Python with modern AI/ML frameworks and tooling.
  • Experience with both Cloud and On-Prem GPU infrastructure.
  • Ability to define technical architecture, engineering standards, and design patterns for AI platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead technical decisions and influence engineering teams without direct authority.
  • Experience mentoring senior engineers.

Preferred Skills

  • Databricks

  • LangGraph, CrewAI, or other Agent Frameworks
  • Experience building custom ML models (Neural Networks, smaller ML models) in addition to LLMs.
