Summary
C² Technologies seeks a DCSA Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to manage and support the agency's Learning Management System and broader digital learning ecosystem.
The LMS Administrator will provide daily platform administration, operational support, technical troubleshooting, learning content integration, system integration support, accessibility review, and learning analytics. This position will also support LMS strategy and technology roadmap planning while helping ensure system performance, cybersecurity compliance, and a positive user experience.
Responsibilities
  • Administer daily LMS operations, including course setup, enrollment, and catalog management.
  • Provide user support and help desk services for learners and LMS administrators.
  • Develop LMS standard operating procedures, user guides, and job aids.
  • Integrate and test SCORM/xAPI learning content.
  • Manage and support LMS integrations with HRIS and authentication systems.
  • Troubleshoot LMS and learning technology issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve technical and operational issues.
  • Monitor system performance.
  • Support cybersecurity compliance requirements.
  • Conduct Section 508 accessibility and usability audits.
  • Generate LMS reports and learning analytics dashboards.

Education

Base Salary Range: $65,000 - $107,500 / year. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and structural alignment. Individual pay is influenced by several factors, including the candidate's work location, relevant experience, skillset, and contract constraints.
