• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs, including pre-crisis and crisis plans.
• Complete all necessary documentation promptly, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining accurate patient records.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools effectively as part of the clinical assessment process.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support strategies that align with patient treatment objectives.
• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the overall quality and integrity of the services provided.
• Serve as a communication bridge between clients, community partners, and state agencies to facilitate seamless access to necessary resources.
• Establish and nurture relationships with local and state organizations to further enhance program outreach and secure funding opportunities.
• Pursue professional development through conferences and workshops, remaining abreast of advancements in mental health counseling practices.
• Uphold and promote the agency's mission, values, and philosophy in all interactions.
• Perform additional related tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director, ensuring flexibility and commitment to patient care.

In this role, you will provide care primarily to adults navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Our approach is person-centered, focusing on the unique needs and goals of each patient. Counselors will utilize telehealth tools to ensure that services are accessible and engaging, fostering meaningful connections that lead to positive outcomes.

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• An independent LMHC license is a must for the role.

• Experience in telehealth settings is highly desirable, emphasizing familiarity with digital platforms for therapy sessions.

• Prior experience with evidence-based practices in mental health counseling.
