• Assess client needs through thorough intake processes to understand their unique backgrounds and therapeutic goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that draw upon evidence-based therapeutic techniques, ensuring each plan reflects the client's evolving needs.
• Conduct therapy sessions across various formats, including individual, couples, family, and group settings, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Lead and facilitate parent support groups, addressing parental challenges, particularly pertaining to children affected by prenatal substance exposure and adoption issues.
• Document all client interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate clinical records that comply with legal and ethical standards.
• Provide in-house referrals for additional support, ensuring clients receive comprehensive care tailored to their specific circumstances.

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse population, including adults, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will develop age-appropriate interventions aimed at promoting mental well-being and resilience. Special attention will be given to sensitive areas, such as adoption and substance exposure, with the aim of providing a safe space for clients to discuss their experiences.

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR).

• Experience leading therapeutic groups, particularly those focused on parenting and family dynamics.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and approaches.
• Knowledge in areas related to child and adolescent development as well as substance use disorders.
• Prior work experience in community health settings is highly valued.

In recognition of your skills and contributions, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually.
