As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in the mental health journey of our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assessing the mental health needs of clients through thorough evaluations and consultations.
• Designing and implementing individualized care plans that consider the unique circumstances and challenges faced by each client.
• Delivering evidence-based therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
• Participating in continuous education and clinical supervision to refine your therapeutic techniques and stay updated on the latest research.
• Upholding ethical standards in practice, ensuring confidentiality and trust in client interactions.
• Staying informed about advancements in therapy modalities and incorporating new techniques into your practice as appropriate.

In this role, you will be working primarily with diverse populations, including individuals facing relationship difficulties, families experiencing communication issues, and clients managing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Your expertise as an LMFT will allow you to create a safe therapeutic environment conducive to healing and growth.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• An active Oregon license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of direct therapeutic experience.
• Familiarity with telehealth technology and virtual therapy platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients from varied backgrounds.

Though not required, the following experiences would enhance your candidacy:

• Previous experience in a community health setting, offering a wide range of mental health services.
• Specialization in areas such as couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or family systems therapy.
• Training in evidence-based treatment models such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR.
