• Build and nurture positive, trusting relationships with patients to foster open communication and therapeutic rapport.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each patient.
• Conduct regular therapy sessions with clients, providing counseling and adjusting treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Perform ongoing assessments to evaluate patient progress, identifying any need for additional support or intervention.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and therapeutic practices to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
• Participate in case consultations with fellow therapists to share insights and strategies for complex cases.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Inner Growth, you will work primarily with individuals, couples, and families dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. Your role will focus on fostering emotional healing and resilience, utilizing techniques from both individual and family therapy disciplines.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Current, active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice and a passion for supporting individuals through their mental health challenges.

• Experience in remote therapy sessions, including familiarity with telehealth platforms and best practices.
• Prior experience in a community health setting or with underrepresented populations is a plus.
• Expertise in trauma-informed care and family therapy models.

• A competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
