• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify the unique needs of each client, ensuring informed therapy plans are developed.
• Facilitate therapy sessions tailored to various client demographics, including individuals, couples, and families, using diverse therapeutic approaches.
• Regularly review and modify treatment plans to reflect clients' progress and evolving needs, integrating feedback from ongoing assessments.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records of therapy sessions, outcomes, and utilization of therapeutic modalities, adhering to all ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in continuous learning through training programs, workshops, and peer supervision to remain current with best practices in marriage and family therapy.

Our client base encompasses a diverse range of individuals and families dealing with complex emotional and relational issues. This includes couples facing communication challenges, families navigating transitions, and individuals seeking personal growth or coping strategies for anxiety, depression, and trauma. As an LMFT, your approach will embrace cultural competencies to address the unique backgrounds and experiences of our clients.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Maryland, in good standing.
• Proficient knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and familiarity with various therapeutic methodologies.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families, preferably in a community health setting.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques, demonstrating a comfort level with technology.
• Expertise in specific therapeutic modalities such as EFT, CBT, or solution-focused therapy is highly desirable.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000.
