• Provide individualized, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients seeking outpatient services, ensuring personalized care based on their unique needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' psychological and relational landscapes, creating tailored treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Apply your knowledge of family systems theory and therapeutic modalities to tackle communication barriers and relationship challenges within families.
• Respond to crisis situations with immediate support and intervention to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
• Maintain precise, confidential client records, progress notes, and treatment documentation in alignment with ethical and legal standards.
• Instruct clients in developing healthy relationship skills, effective communication techniques, and coping strategies that promote their emotional resilience.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including other therapists and clinicians, to facilitate comprehensive treatment plans that address the holistic needs of clients.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops to stay informed about trends and advancements in marriage and family therapy, ensuring the highest level of care.

As an LMFT, you will encounter various challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, conflict resolution, and trauma recovery. • Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon is mandatory.
• A minimum of a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• At least one year of experience providing therapy as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building trust with clients.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical and confidential counseling practices in all client interactions.
• Ability to function both independently and cohesively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility in work hours to meet the diverse scheduling needs of our clients.

• Experience in outpatient therapy settings is highly desirable.
