This position is entirely remote, offering flexibility to work from any location while utilizing modern communication tools to connect with clients and team members effectively. • Conduct comprehensive behavioral health screenings, assessments, and evaluations to formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to clients, incorporating various therapeutic modalities tailored to individual needs.
• Facilitate therapy sessions remotely with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults, adapting techniques to fit the unique challenges faced by each age group.
• Provide point-of-care service when necessary, ensuring immediate and effective management of clients' mental health crises.
• Engage actively in crisis intervention, helping clients navigate through emergencies with skill and compassion.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Sunrise Rehabilitation Center, you will serve a diverse client base with a wide range of mental health challenges. Your work may involve treating individuals with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues, among others. The remote service delivery allows for greater accessibility for clients who may face barriers in traditional settings, thus expanding our outreach and impact.

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.
• Current California State LMCH (Licensed Mental Health Counselor) credential is essential.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience delivering counseling and therapy services.
• Strong ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Proficient in identifying high-risk psychosocial factors affecting client health and well-being.

• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy sessions, enhancing access and convenience for clients.
• Proficiency in a variety of therapeutic practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
• Knowledge of community resources and social services beneficial for client referrals.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
