Job description

Sr. Director of Franchise Operations - Cluck Face Restaurants
Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000
LM Restaurants is seeking a driven, hands-on operator to help launch and grow our new Cluck Face franchise division.
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing franchise organization at the ground level and play a key role in building the business from the inside out. We are looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple moving pieces at once, and knows how to take projects from concept to completion.
The Sr. Director of Franchise Operations will serve as the central coordinator and operational leader responsible for helping bring new restaurants to life and ensuring they operate successfully.
Responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating new restaurant development projects from site selection through opening
  • Partnering with landlords, architects, contractors, vendors, and internal departments to keep projects moving
  • Helping oversee permitting, construction timelines, and restaurant setup
  • Working cross-functionally with HR, Training, IT, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
  • Hiring and developing restaurant management and hourly teams
  • Leading training and operational readiness for new openings
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations after opening
  • Driving operational excellence, profitability, and accountability across locations
  • Stepping in operationally when needed to support the business

We are looking for someone who:
  • Is highly organized and execution-focused
  • Knows how to drive projects to completion
  • Can adapt quickly when plans change
  • Takes ownership and follows through
  • Builds strong relationships and collaborates well across teams
  • Has strong operational instincts and leadership presence
  • Wants to help build and scale a growing restaurant division

The ideal candidate does not need to be an expert in construction, real estate, or franchising. We need someone who can coordinate people, manage timelines, solve problems, and keep momentum moving forward.
If you are energized by growth, enjoy building from the ground up, and want to be part of something exciting from the beginning, we would love to hear from you.
