Role Description The Therapist LLMSW & LMSW role is a contract, on-site position based in Jackson, MI. In this role, the therapist provides individual adults, children, psychotherapy including intake assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical sessions. Daily responsibilities include documenting services in accordance with professional and regulatory standards, maintaining up-to-date clinical notes, and coordinating care with other providers when appropriate. The therapist engages in clinical consultation, uses evidence-based interventions, and supports clients in developing coping strategies and reaching therapeutic goals. The role also involves maintaining professional boundaries, adhering to ethical guidelines, and participating in practice meetings and trainings as needed.

Qualifications

  • Active Michigan LLMSW or LMSW license in good standing, with eligibility to practice independently under state regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience providing psychotherapy to diverse populations in outpatient or similar settings.
