The AI Specialist partners with employees across the organization to identify opportunities where AI can drive meaningful efficiency and innovation. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and enabling AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot and MedPro's internal LLM capabilities, while increasing overall AI literacy and adoption.

  • Partner directly with employees and teams to identify and solve realworld business problems using AI, from idea through implementation
  • Design, implement, and optimize AI solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot and MedPro's LLM capabilities
  • Lead and deliver training sessions, workshops, and handson learning opportunities to increase AI knowledge and confidence across MedPro
  • Act as a subjectmatter expert for Copilot, staying current on new features, updates, and best practices
  • Support governance, responsible use, and effective configuration of AI tools in alignment with MedPro policies
