Job Title: AI/LLM Developer & Collaboration Portal Engineer Clearance: TS/ SCI preferred, US Citizen Required We are seeking an AI/LLM Developer with strong expertise in Large Language Model integration, AI-driven application development, and collaboration portal engineering. This candidate will design, develop, and deploy of AI-powered tools to enhance knowledge management, decision support, and proposal/evaluation processes, while also supporting the development of a secure, scalable collaboration portal for internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities AI/LLM Development: Design, train, fine-tune, and deploy Large Language Model (LLM) solutions for internal and client-facing use cases.

Implement AI-driven features for document analysis, summarization, proposal compliance reviews, and knowledge retrieval. Integrate AI capabilities with structured and unstructured data sources to enable context-aware outputs. Ensure AI solutions meet performance, ethical, and compliance standards.

Collaboration Portal Development: Lead the design and development of a secure, user-friendly collaboration portal for document sharing, workflow management, and team communication. Implement integrations with enterprise systems, AI APIs, and cloud services. Develop access controls, user roles, and security features aligned with corporate and government compliance standards.

Optimize performance, scalability, and user experience. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). Software development experience in AI/LLM development (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, LangChain, RAG pipelines, etc.).

Programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar. Experience building AI-enabled web applications and APIs. Hands-on experience with collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Confluence, custom-built portals, etc.).

Proficiency with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related DevOps pipelines. Understanding of data security, identity management, and compliance in government or regulated environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience with FAR-based government contracting tools or proposal evaluation systems.

Familiarity with vector databases, semantic search, and knowledge graphs. UI/UX design skills for data-rich applications. Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
