• Manage a caseload of clients while establishing and maintaining rapport, ensuring professional ethics and boundaries are upheld.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when appropriate, ensuring continuity of care.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans that are centered around the client's goals and needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment plans, adhering to organizational and legal standards.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gather necessary information for treatment planning and client engagement.
• Participate in individual supervision sessions to support personal and professional development.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, share insights, and enhance overall service delivery.

Our practice serves a diverse outpatient population, including individuals and families seeking mental health support. We focus on creating a safe and supportive environment for healing, catering to a wide range of mental health issues while working diligently to enhance the overall quality of life for our clients.

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or related field.
• A current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation.
• At least one year of practical experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation.
• Proficiency in utilizing computer systems, particularly for documentation and client management, including RMS systems and basic software like Excel and Outlook.

• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• A background in performing intake assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Familiarity with collaborating within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to facilitate comprehensive client care.
