Job description

Purpose
To manage a The Company unit toward the attainment of agreed upon sales and profit goals, working within the framework of company values and policies. Assist the General Manager in effectively running the store.
Supervision Received and Exercised
Reports directly to General Manager and Area Managers.
Assist in the direct supervision of 15-50 employees.
Essential Job Functions
Essential duties may include but are not limited to the following:
1. Responsible for increasing sales by providing outstanding product and service.
2. Providing team members with the appropriate and effective training.
3. Work lunch, dinner and weekends, monitoring quality of food and service.
4. Purchase food, beverages and supplies as needed and oversee their preparation to ensure that every product served meets our high standards of product quality.
5. Execute all systems daily to ensure a clean, organized restaurant prepared to deliver quality food and excellent guest service.
6. Utilize all management tools to keep neat, accurate and current records providing the Historical data plan for increased sales and profit.
7. Operate in accordance with the established performance, profits and operating standards as set out in the operation manuals.
8. Supervise and motivate Team Members to perform to their highest possible level of ability.
9. Have a good working knowledge of all equipment which includes proper actions for all maintenance issues and maintaining duties on the monthly list of a unit.
10. Maintain high standards of service throughout the operational day by demonstrating leadership by example.
11. Must be in compliance with Harrdy, LLC manager grooming standards & uniform policy.
12. Communicate openly, timely and honestly with subordinates, superiors and all others about plans, progress and problems.
13. Perform such other duties as directed by Management and the Training Manager.
14. To ensure that all team members are fully knowledgeable of the policies and procedures by constantly asking questions, testing and monitoring their performance and giving timely feedback.
15. Responsible for ensuring that all new team members develop a strong work ethic.
16. Provide leadership by engendering excitement, enthusiasm and a positive mental attitude and commitment toward company objectives. Create and Encore Environment.
17. Maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of this position description.
18. To assist in the interviewing process and making decisions to pursue a second interview with the Management Team.
19. To always be approachable, coachable and have a positive attitude.
20. Must have a cellphone with active service and a voicemail setup.
21. Must have reasonable and reliable transportation to carry out job duties. I.e. bank runs and traveling from one Harrdy, LLC location to another.

1. Maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities which may include the following:
