• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients' unique needs, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances.
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, ensuring high-quality care that aligns with best practices.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at fostering community and addressing prevalent mental health issues.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure well-rounded care for all patients.

As a licensed mental health counselor at Lively, you will work with a diverse client base, addressing the mental health needs of individuals from varied backgrounds. Our focus ranges from those experiencing acute mental health crises to individuals seeking long-term therapy for chronic conditions. Your expertise will help guide patients through challenging times and foster their psychological resilience.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A valid and current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in the state of California.
• Comprehensive knowledge of various mental health disorders alongside proficient understanding of evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Strong skills in conducting mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment plans that cater to diverse populations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with patients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Adherence to ethics and professional boundaries, along with sound clinical judgment.
