Qualifications:

  • Current California Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one per the California Occupational Therapy Practice Act
  • Minimum two years of clinical pediatric therapy experience, ideally working with developmental disabilities and in a school setting
  • History of effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and families
  • Ability to commit to onsite services exclusively (no remote or hybrid roles)

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to students
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans with educational teams
  • Maintain thorough documentation according to legal and ethical standards
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress
  • Split time between two dynamic school sites from now until mid-June
