Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Streaming Producer to oversee the end-to-end production and execution of our live-streamed events. This role is the central hub for all technical and production aspects of our digital broadcasts, responsible for transforming a live event concept into a flawless, engaging, and professional online experience for a global audience.
The ideal candidate is a calm-under-pressure problem-solver with a deep understanding of live video production, streaming platforms, and A/V signal flow. You will be responsible for everything from pre-production planning and technical setup to live switching, quality control, and real-time troubleshooting. You will work collaboratively with event managers, clients, on-screen talent, and technical crews to ensure every broadcast is executed to the highest standard.
Requirements
Duties:
  • Operate professional live streaming equipment as you record scenes for live events, advertising or streaming broadcasts.
  • Knowand apply the technical aspects of computer equipment, networking, and Open Broadcast Software.
  • Adjust camera controls, and any related equipment to find the right settings.
  • Workwith other professionals, including audio engineers, lightingtechnicians and directors to determine desired effects, lightingrequirements, camera movements and any filming sequences.
  • Arrangesets to best suit the settings on the camera, and control the lightingequipment, audio to get the result the director desires from theproduction.
  • Maintain,clean and test all equipment to ensure every tool is ingood working order each day before production starts.
  • Watchproduction sets closely to determine if problems are present concerningcamera angles and lighting and notify the director about issues beforefilming starts.
  • Remain updated on new technology and current industry trends to ensure you bring the latest methods to the job.
