Through our retail stores, live commerce channels, events, and online platforms, we're building one of the most exciting destinations for collectors and enthusiasts.
About the role
Crossing is looking for a Live Stream Moderator to help support our live streams. You'll work alongside our live stream host to keep each stream running smoothly, manage products and promotions, engage with viewers, and help create a fun shopping experience.
This is a great part-time opportunity for someone interested in e-commerce, live streaming, trading cards, or collectibles.
What you'll do
  • Support live streams and work closely with the host throughout each session.
  • Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions during streams.
  • Monitor comments, orders, and viewer activity in real time.
  • Help keep viewers engaged and create an energetic live shopping experience.
  • Track sales and product performance after each stream.
  • Assist with order or customer service issues as needed.
  • Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and keep streams running smoothly.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, especially in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with basic technology and platforms like Shopify, TikTok Shop, Excel, or Google Sheets.
  • E-commerce, retail, or live streaming experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Interest in trading cards, collectibles, or the hobby industry is a plus.
  • Reliable availability to work on-site Fridays and Saturdays.

No extensive experience required. We're looking for someone dependable, quick to learn, and excited to be part of a growing live commerce operation.
