THE JOB:
As a Live Streaming Studio Supervisor, you'll lead a unique and innovative virtual gaming experience. You'll set the tone for a collaborative, high-energy team focused on guest service, entertainment, and adaptability. In this evolving role, you'll supervise daily operations, oversee staff scheduling, uphold department and regulatory standards, resolve guest complaints, and train Game Presenters while providing ongoing coaching and development. You'll also support continuous training initiatives and employee engagement, all while helping shape the future of live streaming at MGM Grand. We're looking for someone dedicated, creative, and ready to lead with passion.
THE STARTING RATE: $25.50
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Leads and manages Game Presenter performance, ensuring exceptional guest service, consistent execution, and adherence to departmental policies and procedures
  • Supports hiring, onboarding, and training of Game Presenters, including ongoing coaching, performance development, and reinforcement of standards
  • Addresses escalated guest concerns, resolves gameplay errors in real time, and documents incidents as required
  • Monitors studio operations, including technical performance and staffing levels, stepping in as a Game Presenter when needed
  • Fosters a positive, professional, and collaborative team environment

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
  • 1+ years of prior relevant experience in hospitality, entertainment, or front-facing guest service is required
