The Co-Op Service Desk Analyst acts as the primary point of contact for BrandSafway computer users supporting North America, European, MEAI and APAC regions. Following Service Desk operating procedures to provide first level technical support including ticket dispatch, troubleshooting, escalation, and follow-up via telephone and electronic communications.


KNOWLEDGE:

End User Compute technologies including, but not limited to, Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Teams, browsers, networking, file sharing, Cloud technologies, Active Directory, printing, collaboration technologies (including meeting rooms), desktop and mobile user environments.

Support core Microsoft business software: Office 365, Windows 10/11 & Teams.

Basic understanding of Active Directory, network file structures, access rights, network users, network printing and desktop user environments.

Experience in working with an ITSM system a plus


SKILLS

Superior troubleshooting and problem-solving ability

Excellent telephone, verbal, interpersonal skills & customer service orientation.

Able to handle rapidly changing priorities in highly visible and stressful situations.

Organized with regards to documenting and following up on all cases until closure.

Rapid learner with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced changing environment.

Understanding of service excellence concepts and processes.

Strong interpersonal skills used within a remote team environment.

Ability to develop working relationships within IT and across other business groups.

Ability to speak and communicate in English, any other languages considered a plus.

CO-OP / LEVEL 1:

Entry level role providing support for basic customer issues. Receiving calls via call center and chats via chat service, managing ticket queue and providing ticket assignments to team members and other IT departments with ITSM platform. Solving common problems & collecting customer information, for purposes of triage, related to hardware & software.
