Inside Sales Representative – Alora Pharmaceuticals

Location: Alpharetta, GA or Remote Option
Job Type: Full-Time

About Us:
Alora Pharmaceuticals is a leading specialty pharmaceutical company and the parent company of six specialty pharmaceutical businesses. As we expand our product offerings, find ways to connect deeper with patients of our products, and prepare for upcoming brand and generic product launches, we are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and results oriented Inside Sales Representative with experience in wholesale pharmaceutical sales. The ideal candidate is comfortable making outbound calls, building relationships, and selling pharmaceutical products to/with independent pharmacies, hospitals/clinics, physicians, and healthcare practitioners. They will also be accountable for maximizing the potential opportunity with a 3rd party distribution company, who will be buying directly from Alora and then selling our products to the various customer groups, by ensuring the customer experience is outstanding and that our product sales are growing month after month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage in outbound sales calls to independent pharmacies, hospitals/clinics, physicians, and healthcare practitioners to secure customers who would like to purchase Alora products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Educate customers on Alora’s product portfolio, including upcoming brand and generic pharmaceutical launches, and the value that our products can bring to them and their patients.
  • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities to expand market share.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and 3rd party distribution company to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Manage 3rd party distribution company on a day-to-day basis to ensure customers are being set up expeditiously, pricing files are managed timely, their existing customers are being leveraged, and sales of our products are growing month after month.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in wholesale pharmaceutical/hospital sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem solver and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving pharmaceutical market.
