The Operations Regional Manager plays a critical leadership role within the Credit Union. This position is responsible for driving strategic direction, operational performance, and member experience across multiple branch locations, within a defined region.

In partnership with senior leadership, this role ensures that all branches operate in alignment with the Credit Union's mission, values, and service standards. The Regional Manager leads and develops high-performing teams, fosters a culture of service excellence, and ensures consistent delivery of omni-channel member services.

This position also serves as a key ambassador of the Credit Union in the community, actively engaging in business development and regional partnerships to expand the organization's reach and impact. Through strategic oversight and empowered leadership, the Regional Manager directly contributes to bettering lives by ensuring accessible, high-quality financial services that support members' financial well-being.

The duties of an Operations Regional Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading the strategic day-to-day operations of multiple branch locations within the assigned region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and service standards.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to implement operational controls, analyze performance data, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Overseeing the execution of cross-functional initiatives and ensuring consistency in service delivery across all channels.
  • Championing the Credit Union's presence in the community, promoting growth, and innovation.
  • Monitoring and evaluating service delivery, including oversight of branch phone queue production, to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
  • Partnering with branch leadership to identify service gaps and implement solutions that enhance member satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensuring all regional branches adhere to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management protocols.
  • Leading compliance training efforts and promoting a culture of accountability and operational integrity.
  • Working closely with branch managers to maintain high standards in security, audit readiness, and regulatory reporting.
  • Enhancing expertise by actively pursuing development opportunities, including but not limited to, attending conferences, acquiring certifications, completing learning courses internally and through other relevant platforms, or engaging in both internal and external leadership programs. 

    This position requires working on weekends based on business needs.
