RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Become the in-house expert for talent - across Live.me and other major social media platforms
- Identify relevant influencers that will be effective partners on the platform, develop relationships, and sign new talent
- Negotiate with influencers and agencies
- Onboard talent onto the platform
- Expert understanding of social media monetization trends and practices
- Attend industry events and talent meetings outside of normal work hours
- Provide weekly reports and analysis around talent activity
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-3 years of experience in the entertainment industry, artist/talent relations or media industry
- Strong communication skills - phone, email, text message, and in person
- Creative problem solver
- Hyper-organized and self-motivated
- Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a wide range of personality types
- Support the growth and development of our regional division
- Be a positive contributor to the team and to the organization
- Self-motivated
