About the Role:

As a New Home Sales Professional at Troy Allan, you are the trusted guide helping homebuyers find the right fit for their life and future. You’ll meet with potential buyers, tour our homes, walk them through floor plans and community options, and help them through each step of the sales process, from first contact to closing. You’ll work closely with our internal teams (Sales Manager, Estimating & Purchasing, and Closing Administrator) while building lasting relationships with local real estate professionals and community partners.

This role combines strategy, service, and connection. You’ll be the face of Troy Allan, helping make the dream of homeownership a reality.


Location

This position is based in the Pocatello, Idaho market and does not operate from a traditional office setting. The ideal candidate will live in the Pocatello area, though candidates located in Idaho Falls who are willing to commute regularly will also be considered.

While much of your administrative work can be completed remotely, you will spend time in the community meeting with prospective buyers, showing homes, attending events, and building relationships with local real estate professionals and partners.

You'll stay connected with the Troy Allan team through virtual meetings and regular communication while serving as our primary sales representative in the Pocatello market.


Do You Have What It Takes?

  • A current Idaho real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, real estate, or a customer-facing role.
  • A natural people person who builds relationships quickly and genuinely.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and organizational skills.
  • Must be available to show new built homes to prospective buyers, including some evenings and Saturdays.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
