Common roles include caregivers, nannies, housekeepers, or companions who provide support and services in exchange for accommodation and salary. Live-In employees usually have scheduled working hours but may also offer on-call assistance as needed. Flexibility is important, as routines can change due to medical appointments, school activities, or other family needs. Compassion, reliability, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills will help you build trust with the household and adapt to varying needs. These abilities are crucial for maintaining a safe, supportive, and smoothly running living environment for the individuals or families you support.
