What is a Live In job?

A Live-In job typically refers to a position where an employee resides at their workplace, often in a private household or care facility. Common roles include caregivers, nannies, housekeepers, or companions who provide support and services in exchange for accommodation and salary. With two physicians and an NP already in place, you're stepping into a well-functioning team, not building from scratch. Position Highlights
  • Full-time, employed opportunity with Central Valley Doctors Health System Physician Group
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule
  • Call ratio of 1:3 with NP covering first call
  • Daily clinic census of approximately 33 patients per day
  • Inpatient rounding as needed - you manage your own patients
  • Comprehensive cancer center with a radiation oncology academic partnership
  • On-site infusion suite staffed by a PGY2-trained pharmacist
  • Full supportive oncology services, women's imaging, mobile PET/CT, and select oncology-related cardiac ultrasound on site

What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation range of $395,799-$626,583, based on qualifications, experience, and productivity
  • Malpractice insurance provided
  • Health, dental, and life insurance
  • 401(k) with employer matching
  • Deferred compensation program
  • Relocation assistance

Candidate Requirements
  • MD or DO degree
  • Board eligible or board certified in Hematology-Oncology
  • California medical license, or eligibility to obtain licensure in California

Why Turlock
Turlock offers an affordable, well-rounded quality of life that's increasingly rare in California - with housing options ranging from established neighborhoods to luxury ranch-style retreats, all at a fraction of Bay Area prices. As the second-largest city in Stanislaus County with over 70,000 residents and a California State University campus, it has the amenities and energy of a real community without big-city congestion. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the driving proximity to Yosemite National Park, the Sierra Nevada, and the San Francisco Bay Area - world-class destinations all within reach on a weekend. Twenty-four parks, a vibrant cultural arts scene, and the option to live in nearby Modesto (pop. 200,000) round out a lifestyle that lets you work meaningfully and live fully.
Employment practices will not be influenced or affected by an applicant's or employee's race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran status or any other legally protected status. Tenet will make reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities unless doing so would result in an undue hardship.
