We are excited to present an opportunity for a Family Medicine physician in close proximity to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, driven by our ongoing expansion to better serve community needs.


Practice Overview

  • Work Schedule: Enjoy a 4-day work week.

  • Patient Care: Focus on outpatient services with a manageable 1:7 phone call ratio, typically receiving 3-5 calls weekly.

  • Time Off: Benefit from 32 days of paid time off (PTO) along with an additional 5 days for continuing medical education (CME).

  • Compensation: Receive a guaranteed base salary complemented by annual productivity incentives based on RVUs and quarterly quality bonuses.
