Drive-By Property Inspector (Independent Contractor)

OverlandPark, KS and Johnson County

National MortgageField Services is actively seeking a reliable independent contractorlocated in or near Overland Park, KS to handle local propertyinspections.

This is afield-based role suited for individuals who are already workingindependently and can manage their own territory.

What You'll Do:

Drive to assigned properties in your local area

Take required exterior photos

Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant)

Submit reports using a mobile app

This is not randomgig work - this is territory-based assignment work. Contractors whostay consistent are given continued volume in their area.

What We'reLooking For:

Must live in or very near the Meridian, MS area

Must be dependable and able to complete work on time

Comfortable working independently and managing routes
