Location: Lee's Summit, MO (64063)

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Care Assistant to support a Veteran male client in the Lee's Summit area. This role includes personal care support and companionship, with a strong emphasis on comfort, dignity, and emotional presence.
SCHEDULE: 2pm to 5pm give or take a little on start and stop. Mon, Tues & Thurs. We possibly have other clients that we could fill in other times if you are looking for more hours.
What We're Looking For:
  • A compassionate, patient, and reliable individual who values building genuine connections
  • Hospice or end-of-life care experience preferred (formal or informal)
  • CNA-level skill set or equivalent hands-on caregiving experience
    (Active CNA certification is not required, but candidates should be able to demonstrate knowledge and practical caregiving skills)
  • Comfortable assisting with personal care and mobility support
  • A strong sense of respect, professionalism, and advocacy for the client's comfort and well-being

Requirements:
- Experience in life with Caregiving or professionally
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must hold a valid Driver's License
- Demonstrate good judgment when dealing with patients, visitors, families, and co-workers
