Local Team Collaboration:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sacred Heart Bay is a level II trauma center
  • Cardiac Anesthesia, including CABG, TAVR, Watchman, Mitral Clips, both open and minimally invasive plus Cath lab, EP, interventional, and structural.
  • Approx 250 heart cases are done each year.
  • Non-cardiac cases include: general, trauma, neuro, spine, ortho, ENT, Gyn, Uro, plastics, Endo, lap choles, appendectomies, hernia, colon/GI, joint replacements, etc. No OB.
  • Partner with a Main OR Anesthesiologist and a team of experienced CRNAs.

Scheduling:
  • Rotate with 4 other CV-capable physicians + 1 Main OR non-call physician.
  • Guaranteed PCDO.

Qualifications:
  • Completion of a US Residency
  • Board certification in Anesthesia
  • Fellowship not required
  • Active FL license or able to obtain
  • Authorized to work in the United States
