Job description

Established practice in North Florida Seeking Non-Invasive or Invasive Non-Interventional Cardiologists!!
Private practice, single specialty Cardiology and Peripheral Vascular disease practice.
We seek a BC/BE non invasive or invasive/non interventional to join our busy practice.   Office consults, Rounding at hospital, reading dx tests, nuclear boards preferred. Since the practice sees a large number or peripheral vascular patients, the ability to recognize both cardiology and peripheral vascular issues is essential.
The employment opportunity:
1.       Base salary guarantee
2.       Productivity bonus
3.       CME/ PTO
4.       Paid relocation, CME, health ins, dues, med mal including tail contribution, cell phone, laptop etc.
There are 8 physicians in the group – five interventionalists and one electrophysiologist and two noninvasive.
One of the interventionalists is also a trained structural interventionalist. All of the interventionalists do both coronary and endovascular cases. The practice located on the Southside of metro city, across from hospital!
The main office has an abundance of exam rooms, well-trained medical assistants, seven ARNP’s. Full ancillary services including an office based cath lab (converting to an ASC in 2025-26 )nuclear medicine including SPECT and cardiac PET, cardiac CT 128 slice with AI, echocardiography, vascular ultrasound, pacer checks, remote ECG monitoring etc.  We have 6 registered techs (RVT and RDMS) and have a very busy venous program including (thermal ablations: laser and radiofrequency ablations. We offer also Venaseal, phelebectomy  and sclerotherepy, etc.
The Office Based Laboratory is busy with peripheral vascular interventional procedures, coronary diagnostic angiograms and PCI for low risk patients.  The peripheral cases include many complex cases. Including laser atherectomy, rotoblator, CSI ,angio jet, Shockwave, IVUS, Stents, etc.  The peripheral vascular is well established with a diverse referral base.
An Ambulatory Surgical Center “ASC” is under construction opening by mid-2027.   The ASC will have two procedure rooms.
HOSPITAL – the main office is located across the street from  Hospital, an approximately 450 bed hospital.  This hospital has 6 labs, 4 cardiac and Peripheral, one or two full time EP labs and a hybrid room that can do routine coronary and PV, EP WATCHMAN, lead extraction, latest ablations and has a structural program including TAVR, Mitral Clip, PFO closure etc.
The practice maintains several sub offices.  Ordinarily, there may be a few days per month to a sub office for clinic patients.  Most clinics are not far away and the entire day will be spent there with no other duties.  The area that almost all doctors live in is actually in the middle of this area and you are equidistant to most offices from your home.
The group admits 100% of the patients through the hospitalists or PCP’s and our cardiologists only are consulting.  After you leave for the eve, usually phone calls only.
The volume of this practice is high, the referrals come from over 100 referral sources and there is a very large population of established patients in the group.  You will enter a very busy practice.   There will be some general cardiology for everyone in the group, but the interventionalists will be busy with PV and coronary cases.
