The Maintenance Technician/Superintendent (Not Live In) is responsible for ensuring the upkeep and repair of residential buildings. Operating as a solo technician, this role requires hands-on expertise in managing repairs across various systems without the need for travel or site visits. The technician will utilize standard hand and power tools to maintain building functionality and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute repair tasks for residential building systems
  • Maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems efficiently
