- Monitor equipment utilization, fuel use, maintenance needs, rentals, downtime, and mobilization logistics.
- Develop and maintain daily work plans, weekly production plans, and three-week look-ahead schedules.

- Inspect installed work for compliance with plans, specifications, approved shop drawings, tolerances, and manufacturer requirements.
- Verify material deliveries, certifications, pile lengths, welds, concrete placement, reinforcing steel, embedments, and survey control.
- Maintain pile-driving logs, concrete records, weld inspection records, survey documentation, as-built information, and quality checklists.
- Coordinate testing agencies, owner inspections, engineer observations, deficiencies, corrective work, and punch-list completion.

- Maintain current drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, permits, change directives, and field revisions onsite.
- Document owner-caused, design-related, weather-related, access-related, and third-party delays in sufficient detail to support schedule and cost records.
- Review and approve crew timecards, equipment reports, delivery tickets, and subcontractor daily reports.
- Provide timely information needed for progress billing, change-order pricing, schedule updates, and project closeout.
- Monitor labor productivity, installed quantities, equipment utilization, overtime, material consumption, and production rates.
