As the Hosting & Infrastructure Admin, you'll be responsible for the administration, security, availability, and performance of enterprise hosting and infrastructure environments.   • Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
  • Lead server, storage, networking, cloud, and infrastructure implementation projects.
  • Serve as the highest escalation point for complex server, networking, virtualization, cloud issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis, vulnerability remediation, system hardening, infrastructure tuning.
  • Develop PowerShell automation and standardize infrastructure configurations and processes.
  • Maintain infrastructure documentation, network diagrams, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams during projects and critical incidents.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to critical infrastructure incidents.
