• Conduct individual therapy sessions via video chat, fostering an environment conducive to open discussion.
• Guide clients through their emotions and experiences, encouraging personal reflection and growth.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Must hold a valid, independent license to practice in mental health counseling, including but not limited to:

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Licensed Psychologist
• Licensed Psychoanalyst
• No limited, provisional licenses or disciplinary actions against your license are permitted.
• Effective communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities are essential for client engagement.
• Proficiency with computer systems and teletherapy platforms is required.

Experience in telehealth is a plus, as is familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Previous work with diverse populations or specialization in specific therapeutic modalities will enhance your candidacy.
