• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, identifying and customizing treatment needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that address the specific goals and requirements of each client.
• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing proven counseling techniques to address issues related to marriage and family dynamics, communication, and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to create comprehensive care plans that encompass all aspects of the client's mental health journey.

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, addressing unique challenges that individuals and families face in their mental health journeys. This includes, but is not limited to, relationship issues, family conflict, anxiety, depression, and communication breakdowns. • Current state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Proven ability to establish a secure and trustful therapeutic relationship with clients through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients' experiences, fostering an inclusive environment in therapy.

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience is preferred, providing therapy in a community mental health setting.

• Your annual salary will range from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
