Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a UKG Pro WFM Solution Architect to lead large-scale implementations of UKG Pro WFM. The role involves providing strategic direction, ensuring successful implementation, and optimizing the system to meet business needs.
Responsibilities:
• Leading large-scale UKG Pro WFM implementations and providing strategic direction to ensure successful implementation and optimization.
• Experience as a solution architect for UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions Implementation for a multi country rollout
• Proven track record in providing comprehensive end-to-end implementation solutions from inception to completion, involving requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, deployment, staggered rollout and hypercare.
• Experience in defining system architecture, ensuring alignment to business needs and driving technical excellence through this implementation
• Expert in UKG Pro WFM modules, including Timekeeper, Accruals, Scheduling, Forecasting, Dell Boomi, and Device Manager.
• Skilled in customizing these modules to meet specific client needs and improve operational efficiency.
• Experience in integrating these modules with other enterprise systems to streamline processes and ensure data accuracy.
• Deep expertise in UKG Pro WFM, systems integrations and WFM best practices.
• Lead the technical configuration of Time tracking, Advanced Scheduling & forecasting, accruals, Analytics & Reports, Dell Boomi Integration, Device Configuration, Mobile configuration and compliance,
• Lead the Configuration and Troubleshooting for following modules in UKG Pro - Timekeeper/ Accruals/ Leave/ Attendance/ Attestation/ Advanced Scheduler/ Activities
• Lead the design of integrations using Dell Boomi and other integration platforms aligning to the best practices and customer priorities.
• Knowledge of product configuration, creating work rules, pay rules, break rules, exception rule etc.
• Support changes to existing configurations and build new as need basis.
• Design and deliver high quality solutions through system configuration that meets overall business requirements.
