Job description

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently hiring a Travel RN in Baton Rouge, LA. This is an on-site, full-time hospice travel position supporting patient care in residential settings throughout the assigned coverage area. Apply with a current resume for consideration.

Pay: $53 to $55
Type: Four-month contract with possibility of extension
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Coverage Area: 50-mile radius from Baton Rouge
Mileage Reimbursement: Yes

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day patient care in hospice home health settings
• Complete IDG notes and participate in IDG meetings
• Order medications, supplies, and DME for patients as needed
• Deliver skilled nursing care and patient assessments in home settings
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the HCHB system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support patient outcomes
• Travel daily between patient homes within assigned coverage areas
• Participate in on-call and weekend rotation as required

Qualifications:

• Active RN license required
• ASN required
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Prior Hospice or Home Health experience preferred
• HCHB experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently in a home-based care environment
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Pay Details: $53.00 to $55.00 per hour
