What is a live in temporary?

Live-in temporary workers are individuals who reside at their employer's home or provided accommodation for a short-term period to provide services such as caregiving, housekeeping, or childcare. These positions are typically filled when families or employers need immediate, short-term assistance due to circumstances like illness, travel, or a regular caregiver’s absence. The arrangement usually includes room and board, and the duration can range from a few days to several weeks. Live-in temporary workers are expected to be available for work as needed during their stay, with specific duties outlined by the employer.

What skills and qualifications are needed to thrive as a live in temporary?

To thrive as a Live-In Temporary Caregiver, you need experience in personal care, basic household management, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with care documentation tools and, in some cases, CPR or first aid certification is beneficial. These skills ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of those under your care during temporary assignments.

Job description

Contract

Maesa is also hiring a Package Developer on a temporary basis in New York, extra development horsepower for a launch calendar that does not pause. Incubators live and die by hitting retailer reset dates; when several brands ship at once, packaging timelines multiply, and contract developers keep the components moving, the launch-pipeline pressure our brand-building coverage describes.

About the Role

The temporary Package Developer carries defined projects through the development cycle: managing component specs and supplier quotes, coordinating samples and approvals, tracking compatibility and stability testing for fragranced products, and keeping timeline trackers truthful for the brands and operations teams downstream. Scope is project-based with clear deliverables.

Who Should Apply

Packaging developers with beauty or CPG experience who can join fast and contribute faster; freelancers between engagements and specialists who prefer project work fit naturally. Contract engagement, New York based.
