Job description

Responsibilities
The individual selected for this position will support this Customer's office by providing programmatic and administrative support for software governance, enterprise licensing, and strategic software management initiatives.
  • Prepare agendas, coordinate with presenters, take notes, and update the SWC Confluence site with relevant Software information, especially pertaining to Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs).
  • Track and update membership as needed.
  • Schedule meetings with Vendors, Stakeholders, and/or Mission Partners as needed.
  • Attend and take notes at vendor meetings and product demos.
  • Track action items, milestones, and contract renewals and new contracts for ELAs, SWC, and ZBR.
  • Coordinate and support software license tracking processes.
  • Track CCE, Captivate, and Acrobat Pro licenses.
  • Monitor funding associated with ELA contracts.
  • May require creating RCAFs for MS and Oracle.
  • Develop, update, and maintain briefing materials which can include the following:
    • ELA meeting briefings for Vendor meetings
    • ELA roadmaps and timelines
    • Stakeholder briefings pertaining to ELAs
    • Divisional briefings for boards
    • Quad charts for management
  • Provide support on drafting and reviewing SOW and SSJ for new contracts.
  • Coordinate and provide for communication pertaining to the ZBR
  • Create and/or update TaskITs, briefings for presentations to various Stakeholders and DDI boards, and the ZBR timeline by Vendor.

Qualifications
  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline.
  • BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
  • Ability to fully coordinate master project schedules.
  • Ability to coordinate information flow between programs and organizational managers.
  • Ability to establish functional and technical specifications and standards, solve hardware and software interface problems, define input/output parameters, and ensure integration of the entire system or subsystem.
  • Ability to provide a total systems perspective including a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements of hardware and software components.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with:
    • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • HIVE
    • Confluence

  • Ability to test and evaluate hardware and software to determine efficiency, reliability, and compatibility with existing systems
  • Ability to identify measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
  • Ability to coordinate with engineers, systems analysts, programmers, technicians, scientists, and senior-level managers in the design, testing, and evaluation of systems
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Experience with Project and/or ServiceNow
  • Experience with ALM

Equal Pay Act
This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. Min: $138,295.88 Max: $240,469.70
