Golf Account Assistant - Southeast Florida

StickX Golf

Palm Beach Gardens, FL • On-site

$50K - $60K/yr

Full-time

Posted 5 days ago

Job description

StickX Golf simplifies the golf club trade-in process for golf professionals and facility administrators. We eliminate the friction of traditional trade-ins—no shipping, no waiting for payment, and no hassle—by handling transactions in person through dedicated local sales representatives who provide personalized, on-site service.
About the Role:
We are seeking an Account Assistant to join our South Florida team. This position will work alongside our East Coast Florida Representative to service existing accounts and develop new customer relationships throughout a territory extending from Jupiter to Miami. The role is highly relationship-driven, with approximately 4–5 days per week spent on the road visiting clubs, supporting account needs, and conducting trade-in events.

Experience Required
  • Previous golf industry sales experience or Club Professional experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with golf professionals, club staff, and members.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a busy schedule while working independently in the field.
  • Ability to understand and adapt to the unique culture, operations, and trade-in needs of each club.
  • Comfortable spending the majority of the workweek on the road and traveling throughout the assigned territory.
  • Ideal candidate will live in Palm Beach County.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Work alongside the East Coast Florida Representative to service existing accounts and onboard new customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with golf professionals, club staff, and facility administrators.
  • Conduct site order pickups from customer accounts.
  • Run and promote trade-in events at customer accounts, typically 2–4 events per week from November through April.
  • Work closely with account staff on member trade-ins, golf shop inventory, demo and rental equipment, and staff equipment.
  • Transport trade-in equipment from customer accounts to the StickX office.
  • Assist with warehouse operations and other company needs during the summer season
